They boost protective features in the form of an Ankle brace, Ankle cup, Heel cup, Shin guard, Toe cap, Toe sliders. Despite being designed to be snug fitting, it is not uncommon for the calf area to be wider so it can accomodate your racing leathers inside the boots. The Velcro, Zipper ensures a good fit and secure closure. These Nexus 2 are constructed from Microfiber and in terms of ventilation, these boots are equipped with No active ventilation.
